This Section hosts profiles of M&A Intermediaries in India, primarily with a view to help potential buyers/ sellers, including overseas organisations, in identifying suitable advisors.
This Section is divided into two categories :
a) National-level Intermediaries includes organisations who have a national presence, offer integrated M&A services, and have a substantive track record in M&A
b) Specialist Intermediaries includes specialist professional firms
Registering under National-level Category
Your organisation’s name alongwith a brief introduction (upto 100 words) would be displayed on the main page of the M&A Intermediaries Section in an alphabetical order. Your name here would be clickable, upon which the user will be taken to your detailed profile (upto 1000 words ie.apprx. 2 pages) hosted on our website. This profile page will also carry your logo. Moreover, both your introduction and profile will carry a link to your website and also provide a facility to the user to send you an e-mail.
The registration fee under this Category is Rs.50,000 only for one year, payable in advance. During the year, you can ask us to carry out any changes/ updations in your profile.
For registering, you should send us the following, preferably by e-mail or in a floppy :
a) a brief introduction of your organisation (in upto 100 words)
b) a detailed profile of your organisation (in upto 1000 words), which may typically contain
- brief history and promoters’ profile
- description of M&A services provided by you
- number and type of M&A deals executed by you (and amount)
- brief description of some of your major M&A deals
- key resource persons with their brief profile
- any other information you would like to include
- address, phone, mobile, fax, e-mail and website address of head office and contact person
- phone, e-mail and contact person of each branch office
You should also send us the following :
- your logo and Company’s name in gif or jpeg file format. Alternatively, send a coloured bromide/artwork
- local cheque/DD towards the fee
THE M&A EXCHANGE reserves the right to select the intermediaries who would feature in this Category.
Registering under Specialist Category
This Category has the following sub-categories :
- Financial & Management Consultants
- Private Equity Advisors
- Legal Advisors
- Valuers
- Chartered Engineers
- BIFR Specialists
- Real Estate Consultants
- Market Research Consultants
- Technical Consultants
You can choose the sub-categories under which you would like to be registered. Your organisation’s name alongwith a brief introduction (upto 50 words) would be displayed under the appropriate sub-category/ies, in an alphabetical order. Your name here would be clickable, upon which the user will be taken to your detailed profile (upto 200 words) hosted on our website. Moreover, both your introduction and profile will carry a link to your website and provide a facility to the user to send you an e-mail.
The registration fee under any sub-category is Rs.3000 only for one year, payable in advance. If you register under more than one sub-category, the fee per additional sub-category is Rs.1000 only.
For registering, you should send us the following, preferably by e-mail or in a floppy :
a) a brief introduction of your organisation (in upto 50 words)
b) a profile of your organisation (in upto 200 words) which may typically contain
- brief history and promoters’ profile
- areas of your expertise
- experience (with some specific case studies, if possible)
- key resource persons with their brief profile
- any other information you would like to include
- address, phone, mobile, fax, e-mail and website address of head office and contact person
