THE M&A EXCHANGE is headed by Mr.Prithvi Haldea, the Promoter-Managing
Director. An M.B.A. (1971) from BITS, Pilani, he has over 28 years of
experience in the corporate sector, including 15 years in the
information industry. He is presently a member of the Primary Market
Advisory Committee of SEBI, Listing Advisory Committees of NSE and
OTCEI, Task Force on Capital Market of PHDCCI, Core Group on Capital
Markets & Financial Services of ICSI, and Advisory Council of MDI.
He has been a member of FICCI’s Task Force on Capital Markets. He is
also the Founder-Advisor of Invest India.
